How long have I got?
CHRISTMAS RETURNS - Orders placed from the 18th of November are eligible for return until the 15th of January.
The following must apply for a refund:
• Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached
• Items must not have been washed; we strongly advise following the washing instructions inside your label, if you do not this could affect your return rights.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and will be issued with a credit note.
- Underwear and socks are not valid for a refund due to hygiene reasons.
How do I return?
We do not offer free returns postage; therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs. All customers are liable for their own returns therefor we recommend that all parcels are sent back tracked and signed for. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we will reimburse you the original postage cost.
Please print off our returns form from the footer of our website and simply fill it out and send it back with your item(s).
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a £20 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Discount Codes & Resellers – the following applies
• The discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Discount Codes are valid on full price items only
• To take advantage of an offer, the relevant Promotion Code must be entered at the checkout.
• No cash or any other alternative will be given
• *All items purchased with a discount code or promotion codes are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only
- Resellers returning their goods because they haven't sold them will NOT be refunded, however a credit note will be provided.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
Mercier items purchased in a store must be returned to the store they were purchased from.
Items purchased online must be returned online following the procedure.
